I am waiting for the conroe's to be released and the price battle between amd and intel (i wish) to pick a motherboard and Cpu but i was leaning toward the presler 940 and the ecs pf22 i know the pf22 will not be compatible with the conroes but if its marked down i will take it . I dont have a pref between amd or intel. i just want what offers the best value.

if any one owns any of these parts and wants to let me know how they like them i would appreciate it also i am open to suggestions of any kind. Also if any one has the kandalf i would really like to know how you like it and if its worth the price and if its worth adding the side panel

I was thinking about buying two other small hard drives too (around 10gb) and load linux on one and widows on the other so if and operating system gets corrupted i dont loose my data. Is that a good idea? what version of linux should i use?
