The D 930 is a much better overclocker, has more cache, consumes less power, and produces less heat while only costing a little more.

I have built a dozen or so machines like this for customers. At stock speeds this build is fine, but I had issues with these boards for OC'ing. The problem is they only have a 3-phase power system, the north bridge gets insanely hot and 945 doesn't support Core 2. Also, the memory bandwidth on 945 is less than on more premium chipsets.

You should be looking at a 955X or 975 board to OC and also have Core 2 support. Or to save money and have some upgrade path wait for the new 965P boards.

The new Gigabyte 965 board with solid capacitors looks very promising.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to look at a 3-volt rail PSU (Antec Neo) or an Enermax 650watt. Sounds crazy, but you should see how much power 805s draw....

like other people said.... swap the 805 for the 930. And i'm going to add to that..... swap the P5LD2 board, for the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
