help with Xbox Please..

Hi my name is victor and i am new around here...
Well i just got an xbox 1 1/2 months ago and a few days later a electric caused by the energy company burn my power supply. Well the problem is that i live in Paraguay southamerica so it will cost me around 100 $ just to send the xbox for repair.So with one of the engineers of the company i work in with open up the machine to try to fix the power supply but it's gone for good. The 1.5miamper fuse blow, and ALL the other components, it seems like there were no damage (at least at first sigth) in rest of the machine but we can't know for shure until we put some energy on it...but that the problem ...i can get a spare power supply. The company that make it is delta and the part number is dpsn-96ap (switching power supply).
I need somebody how can help to find another power supply or teach how to build one or something..Please if anybody have an idea...just tell me i got nothing else to loose
