I have a Xerox 6100 Phaser Printer available over a Microsoft Windows
Server 2003 network. In this setup, the users decide which printers
they wish to install through a print server. On two users' computers
(both Dell 2400s), they have reported the Xerox 6100 Phaser Printer
Properties Tabs "Printer" and "Troubleshooting" turning German whenever
they view these properties and ONLY these two tabs while the rest of
the tabs are still English.
I have tried many times to install the printer through my computer (an
unmarked HP with 2.53 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 Processor and 1GB RAM) and I
have managed to successfully install and no German text showing.
Has anybody had this problem? Is this problem resolvable?
