need an OC mobo

I just found out I can't OC at all on my MSi K8N neo4-F. So assuming the CPu has potential, what S939 mobo can do the job. My ultimate pick is the DFi LP Ultra-D, but are there cheaper ones that's also good? I don't need bling-blings like firewire or SLI, but it doesn't hurt to have it. my goal is to get a 3200+ to 2.5g and I will have DDR500 ram to go with it.

Newegg were doing the Abit KN8 for ~$53 after MIR - should be good for 300HTT+ if the rest of your gear can cope.
