Open Box HDD Enclosure

I was looking at this HDD enclosure. It's half the price of a new one, but it's "open box". Now I have read other posts regarding open box products from NewEgg (mostly graphics cards), but I don't think something like an enclosure would warrant such concern. Should I be concerned? Thanks

It should be fine. All open box items are usually tested to make sure they function fine before they are resold.
