Moof,

I have my D805 running at 3.8Ghz. Air cooled @ 36c idle 55-58c full load.

Plenty of people have them running @3.6GHz with stock air, although I don't really recommend it.

I would be also getting 2 x 120mm case fans.

The only comment I can make about the PSU is that it doesn't have any PCI-E leads should you upgrade graphic cards later.

If you can wait for the Conroe E6300 (1.86GHz) and spend a little bit more money you can get much better performance.

The Pentium D 805 clocked at 4.0GHz is about the same speed as the Pentium D 930 or an Athlon X2 4600+; depending on the benchmark.

The Conroe E6300 at stock speed is as fast as an Athlon 64 4400+ for applications. But when it comes to games, it performas at least as well as the X2 4800+ at stock speed. It has been overclocked to 2.4GHz on air.

Conroe also consumes less power and produces less heat.

Go here for some benchmarks.
