Hello,
How do you restore toolbar on windows 7...disappeared

Is it at the very bottom or the very side of the screen? Move your mouse to the very bottom of the screen and hold it there for a second - does it appear? If not, try the same thing at the sides and top of the screen.

If the toolbar appears when you do that, right-click on it and select "Properties", then uncheck the "Auto-hide the taskbar" option.
