Need help at a upgrade

Well, I want this summer to make an upgrade and I have to chose from these two graphic cards:

What do you think that I should chose? I would go for the his, but the gecube card says it's supporting Vista with Aero Glass visuals.

What are your computer specs now? I wouldn't believe any marketing hype of what the card will or will not support. As far as I know Vista will support, I think it will want a DX10 card, which don't yet exist.

AMD ATHLON 64 2800+ @1802 MHz
ASUS K8V-X
ASUS RADEON 9550 GE 128 mb
256 MB DDR PQI + 256 MB DDR TWINMOS
HDD WD 250 GB
DVD -RW TEAC 516G
I am not satisfied with my video card now, that's why I would like to upgrade it, so I have to chose only from those 2.

Both cards are weak. Get an X800 or x850 variant instead, should not be much more, yet they are far more powerful. Or even a GeF6600 AGP should be around that price mark.
Your current gfx card is indeed weak, but so are just 512MBs of RAM.

I agree with you , but I only can chose between thos 2. So, what do you recommend?
Is the manufacture PALIT good?

Why not just look for reviews/tests that include both cards and see what it says?

X1600 is much better than a X1300.
