Need Advice On Homebuild

Ok ive built a few computers in the past so im not a total new but its been about a year since my last and everything has jumped leaps and bounds. im going to canniblize my 550 Modular PWS, ( 2 ) SATA Raptors, and my DVD Burner but im trying to put togather a system and heres what im thinking about purchasing just want feedback from ya'll on if this sounds like a pretty solid system:

Swap the ram for some Corsair XMS2. OCZ DDR2 ram doesn't play nice with AM2 boards.
