P5WD2 and on-board sound

i found the on-board sound is very "weak" with my speakers (no power adapter needed), but it has no problem with headphone at all. The speakers are fine before the new pc build.
i tried all settings in the Realtec sound control centre , but none of them work. Many thanks !

If the sound problem is a major issue, grab a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS
