Perhaps you can better elaborate on what you want us to help you with?

Have you recently designed an AD and are now looking to document that for a
customer? Are you simply looking to document information for internal IT
staff?

What kind of processes does your company use? Do you use the ITIL
methodology? Do you adhere to international or notational standards such as
BS9001, etc.?
