Hi..

Is there a way in windows 2003 server or 2000 server to hide a domain admin
from being listed in the directory as domain admin. Is it possible that even
if an amature domain admin tries to list all memmbers of 'domain admins'
group, this account won't show up?

Thanks

No there is not a way to do this... and with good reason too.

If you don't trust the person, they should not be a Domain Admin nor should
they be able to add administrators. Use specific rights and delegated
authorities for these people.
