Nuking Canada doesn't actually require any justification.

Reply to WingDing

Don't worry Gurlie...Praries & trees won't be targets...Most likely the French Canadians would take priority.

When he said nuke Canada, he meant Montreal.

There is NO justification for the usage of nuclear weaponry - EVER.

Instead, why don't you investigate the possibilities that are provided by chemical warfare, biological warfare and perversion?

Reply to Mugz

Hmmm... You look like a good test subject for the Nano Nuke I've been working on , I've been thinking of insertion through human semen , so those of your ilk will not detect it until it goes *Boom*!! :P

Did you read the supposed Israel attack strike on Iran?

They would drop multiple bunker buster weapons on Iran's Nuclear facilities to dig a hole, once the hole is deep enough.. I imagine 3-5 of them dropped would do the 20 foot hole..

Then they drop the tatical nuclear bunker buster that hopefully goes down far enough to 1) completely destroy the facility by nuclear destruction and 2) be deep enough to prevent fall out.

The tatical nukes in question being used are 1/50 the strength of the Hiroshima nuke... which is a very small nuke.

I now propose that Canada is Wingdinged.

Death by Wingding?

You have no mercy.

Reply to riser

Death would be too easy for them. Mass public dockings would be a good start.

Well we won't have to turn the ones that are pointed at 53.25N, 03.0W.

Actually I've just read that story, seems to me like a bunch of American are to blame. No sign the coins were planted, they are probably just trying to make some foreign currency. You know the stuff that's still worth something.

Yeah I saw that on slashdot. Wierd huh? Still, I'm sure we (USA) spy on Canada. We spy on everyone (that's not speculation).

It works! I suggest chemobiological warfare and someone takes it up!

@ABL: A nuke that small could cause pretty severe genetic damage. Although I think you missed something about me earlier on - I'm a tester, not a testee/volunteer. I didn't fit the psychological profile to be a testee. Apparently I found it 'too enjoyable' for the counselor's taste.

Someone in the US said that the technology was very advanced and only a couple countries had that technology. They named 3 european countries that had big operations in Canada.. I know one was France, but Spain and Italy/Germany might have been listed.. Russia as well.

Said Canadians and US intelligence shares a lot of data.. almost completely integrated.

Don't go giving it that.. We know you like to nuke things of less intelligence. It's our turn now  [/cruel]

There are still a lot of things the US won't share with other countries though. Like the source code to the JSF F-35 fighter jet... that in and of itself isn't that crazy, but the program was supposed to include the UK. (update: just read wiki and apparently the US and GB have come to terms on this as recently as last month...)

At any rate, GB is probably better off with the Typhoon JSF No stealth, but it's the fastest fighter jet in the world. IMO, stealth is inherently flawed.

After the Chinook accident a couple of years ago was shown to be down to software (exposed due to a campaign by Computer Weekly on the most part) I think our military has had to look again at some of its practices.

The last I'd heard on this was that it was still being discussed behind closed doors..

Then look up the specs on the F22.

Smaller radar sig than the JSF, Better overall performance...Its just too dam expensive...
In a Red Flag test 1 Raptor took out 5 F-15s and was never even detected let alone fired on....And remember...No F-15 has ever been lost to enemy fire...None...Ever.

Reply to AilingBlackLab

I can't remember where I read it, but the Swiss and Chezks can detect them. Radar is not the only show in town.

Reply to Tom_Smart

Just wondering how, as I seriously doubt they've ever flown over Swiss or Chezk soil, they'd know?

Edit: not so much on the F22 But the JSF addresses exhaust cooling (Infared & Thermal detection) Engine silencing,(Listening Stations) And magnetic field shielding....I don't quite know what that defeats but they thought of it for a reason.

The F22 does have a great deal of exhaust shielding, but according to what I read it isn't enough. The problem with stealth is that it can now easily be defeated by other superpowers. That F22 shows up like a fcuking asteriod with these new technologies. Of course, against smalller countries it's undefeatable. And no, the F22 probably hasn't flown over Switz., but it doesn't have to. Don't forget that a lot of our own weapons and defenses are based on what we think others have.

But make no mistake, the F22 isn't the amazing jet we're making it out to be. It's got better stealth than ever before, but it's also slower because of it's size and shape. It also has to carry less bombs to maintain it's stealth. Additionally, though it can dogfight, most agree it wouldn't last too long against modern superpower jets. It's just barely more manuvurable than the F-18. Another problem is putting the damn thing on a carrier... it doesn't exactly fold up very well. So deploying the fighter en mass for a quick strike from the sea is a little difficult.

As for the magnetic shielding, it has that to protect against EMP bombs and nuclear detonations. The technology for this was developed and tested here in Albuq. at Sandia Labs.

Anyways, i'll shut up now.

Reply to mpjesse

One huge plus for the F-22 is the ability to cruise at mach+ without using its afterburners.
No one can touch the F-15 now, so the F-22 is kind of pointless at the moment, in my opinion.

Thankfully, because of its cost, it's a stealth fighter, so our homeless can't see
it flying overhead while they're digging in a dumpster for a peach pit.

Can we have that in writing please? [/unkind]

Reply to WingDing

If it flies it leaves behind turbulence, try shielding against that. Even the Convicts have optical laser based tech that can be used to detect them from the turbulence. It's not just super powers you need to worry about either, any semi developed nation can spot them, the mobile telephone networks antennas can be used to light them up like a fcuking Christmas tree. The problem is not spotting them, that's a piece of piss, getting a weapons lock on the sneaky little fcuks is the real issue. It's no longer a case of you can't see me, more of , well maybe you can but you can't hit me.(Yet)

That is sooooo wrong.

If the US nukes canada, who are we going to sell all our old useless military hardware to?

This canadian patch makes the point very clear....

AIRCARFT???

Aircraft - Made in a factory.
Aircarft - Made in a garage under the influence of Molson, using mostly duct tape.

Forget nukes, just send the Salvation Army up there to kick their ass.

Oh just harmless fun....I have nothing against canadians. How come everyone on the planet gets to bash the US, but when someone from the states makes a non US joke, suddenly were all a bunch of arrogant, self centered aholes?

On that note, what's up with the Canadian Navy? Its cool their laid back and all, but bikini sunbathing on the flight deck and missile decks in a embargo zone is just wrong.

Reply to turpit

I agree with you completely. I'm not Canadian, and I recognize that they suck as much as us.

Hey, bikini sunbathing on warships in an embargo zone actually is kinda cool.

Unless the sunbathers are men.

*loud SNAP! as the mind's eye emergency cutoff switch cuts off*

Ow, headache...
