I've always been confused re: what the better way to set image quality in games is Been trying to figure this out for some time (I will use nVIDIA and Coolbits as an example):
Using Coolbits you can unlock advanced image quality settings in nVIDIA control panel and set AA, AF, Image Quality and many other parameters via Display Properties. Then, when you start a game you also get options to set level of AA, AF, etc. How does this work if you set 4xAA + 16xAF in both Display Properties and in the game? Does one override the other or they are cumulative and you get something like 8xAA and 32xAF?
