I'm stuck with a vaio computer that has about as many options as girls in my life (very few).
I wanted some recommendations on motherboards capable of oc'ing.
Refurbished is OK.

I must agree that the MSI Neo is a good mobo and the Asus P4C800 also - however having used both AND the best of the best the only option if you can find one still IS the ABIT IC7.

I had a P4 2.6c at over 300mhz fsb with some tricky cooling before just gettnig a 3.2c and sticking that at 4ghz on the IC7 with NO problems (aside memory that was changed 3 times !). The Asus was a close second at 289mhz fsb max and the MSI managed 286mhz for me. Obvisouly different physical boards will do slightly different ammounts but I would have to give the nod to the Abit mainly due to the BIOS being so damn easy to use compared to the other 2 !>

Yep they say that IC7 is still used today as an OC board...... Yes its hard to find but its worth it... Rock solid OCs with no problems!
