MSI 865PE Neo2-P Platinum Edition

The Most overclockeable socket478 motherboard i ever had... i manage to reach my old P4 2.4A @ 3.2Ghz stock vcore and 3.7Ghz @ 1.425 vcore.

and my Celey D 2.4 @ 3.8Ghz 1.425 vcore.. unfortunately, i can't find anymore my spi-results and cpu-z.. those are posted @ TipidPC.com.

I must agree that the MSI Neo is a good mobo and the Asus P4C800 also - however having used both AND the best of the best the only option if you can find one still IS the ABIT IC7.

I had a P4 2.6c at over 300mhz fsb with some tricky cooling before just gettnig a 3.2c and sticking that at 4ghz on the IC7 with NO problems (aside memory that was changed 3 times !). The Asus was a close second at 289mhz fsb max and the MSI managed 286mhz for me. Obvisouly different physical boards will do slightly different ammounts but I would have to give the nod to the Abit mainly due to the BIOS being so damn easy to use compared to the other 2 !>
