Moving users between forests

Hi,
Forest A
Win 2000 domain controller

forset B
Win 2000 DC

wish to copy/move the users & groups from forest A to forest B.
what is the procedure. does it require to trust between forests?

Best way to do this is with ADMTv2.

You will need a trust. It can be one way if you like. You will also need
administrative permissions in the source domain, and the target domain will
need to be running in Native mode.

Technically, if a trust is no option such when deal with Small Business
Server, setting the passwords of the administrator account to the same in
both forests is a work around.
