HELP!!! Cyclic redundancy check

Hello everyone. I have Kingston 1 GB flash drive which was made in China. The problem is that. When I'm writing something to the flash drive it wrote only first 2 one. After first two file it gives this error
Cannot copy100-1431ata error (cyclic redundancy check). For copying other files I had to unplug it and plug again. And I can't copy big files which size is larger than nearly 20 MB. Thank you for your help!
