ATI says 3-4 weeks for the x850pro to ship :(!

Anyone else order the x850 pro for $140? They said they start shipping monday the 17th but alas it seems longer!

Yeah, I ordered one a couple weeks ago but really am in no rush for the card. Matter of fact, I then ordered the $119 XL refurb and got that one aleady, so I may just cancel the X850 pro anyway.

I still can't believe I ordered an ATI card.. but I have AGP so I have few options. vs. my 6600 it will be a good boost though.

lol it does my heart good to see an Nvidiot forced into an Ati card....

Just razzing you, hope it's worth the wait for you cheese. I'm sure you'll be happy with the speed boost tho.

I've had ATI before; wasn't impressed with the 9800pro. But ATI owns AGP right now at that price. ($140 x850pro)

I am grateful for ATI, I think they and Nvidia do a good job keeping the GPU market on its feet. If one were the monopoly by a large margin I really doubt we'd have the technology we have now. Or if we did, it would be $100000.

Same with AMD and Intel. CPUs are going to go nuts in the next 1-2 years with 100000^15 core CPUs coming that run at ~100W.

3-4 weeks until shipping was on my receipt by the way. !
