Does anyone know if there is a specific Event ID # for moving Computer
Account into another OU, or is Event ID 565 as close as I can get? Much
thanks.

Ideas:

Try enabling Account Management and just doing it.

In the (Win2000) Reskit is a file named W2000events.mdb
(there was a similar one for NT4, but a CSV or XLS if I
remember correctly).

Also note that the Source of the message matters (quite a
bit) as 565 had different meanings depending on that source.

Visit www.eventid.net (but it is mostly organized by
ID-> explanation/cause so you might do better to search
the site with Google or their search):

Google (something like):

[ audit event id moving computer site:eventid.net | site:microsoft.com ]

There's also a tool called evntwin.exe that you can use to generate SNMP
traps for Windows events. This tool lists all events that the system is
capable of logging.

Just an alternative to Herb's (better) suggestion ;-)

I don't know, my answers was pretty week (on this
actual question).

I didn't find evntwin.exe (at Microsoft mostly) but I
think that it is in the XP Resource Kit tools, and is
part of the "SNMP Utilities".
