Ok, I recieved my AGP Sapphire X800gto a couple days ago, and it has been nothing but problems.
1) When windows is starting up, there are artifacts on the progress bar.
2) When on the desktop (no drivers), there are vertical lines (checkerboard style) all over, and the resolution is minimum (640x480 256 colors)
3) When I am installing the drivers, Windows recognizes that it is a X800gto, and loads the drivers. The artifacts go away, and the resolution stays the same. Later, if I try and change the color depth to 32Bit, the monitor goes black.
Is this a heat issue, or just a bad card? Please Help.
