Hi.. Ive just come back from holidays, and noticed some event message in
event viewer. Checking up on these it has led me to see that the System
Volume Information directory, is empty on the DC. I have read various
articles on how to fix this however, I dont have a back up of the
SYSVOL folder. I have checked back 2 weeks (as long as we keep), and
there isnt one there. So my next question, is how do I get the GP back
to a state where I can reset them up again. I noticed there is a tool
for this with server 2003, but cant find anything for plain 2000.
anyone have any suggestions... surely this has come up before (im
really hoping).. cheers Paull
