Thermal Paste application

Can someone please post a pic of how thick the paste needs to be on the CPU and heatsink surface? I put on a layer that's pretty transparent; a bit thinner than a sheet of paper. Any pics would be greatly appreciated. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention, I'm using the Arctic Cooling MX-1 compound.

It should be just a very thin smooth layer.
