I have a gateway laptop that I bought with a Celeron M in it about 2 years ago. It is a Dothan core. and the socket is a mPGA479m. I pretty much already know my answer but I am not 100% positive. Can I upgrade to a Pentium M 735 Dothan socket 478? Will it work with the 479? I think not but why the hell would the make a 479 - 90nm and then just go to 478 a day later?
