Help on "IRQL-NO-LESS-OR-EQUAL" ?

My DELL 600M laptop can only work with safe mode, if start with normal mode, blue screen with "IRQL-NO-LESS-OR-EQUAL" will show up? Even after reinstall system. Help please!!!!!!

Did you change anything recently? When did it start having problems?

go to bios and disable plug and play os
assgin irq to pci disable

This is more likely a driver conflict. Since safe mode works then this most likely means that there is a driver that is not playing nice that isnt loaded with safe mode.

In safe mode uninstall a driver then reboot see if it goes into windows normally. If not reboot in safemode, remove another driver...rinse and repeat.

May take awhile but you should be able to fix your computer and determine what the root driver problem was.

OH I forgot to add: Please do disable plug and play OS like gomerpile stated.

That specific error is usually related to RAM, perhaps one of your RAM modules failed.
