Net Time /set won't work on new XPSP2 machines

Hello,
I've been banging my head on this one.
I recently added 4 win XPSP2 machines to my network (Active Directory win2k
with two servers).

The new client PC clock are always 1 hour ahead of the rest of the PCs on
the network (they are all XP pro)

Time zone is the same on all computers. WinXP firewall is turned off on
client PCs.

I tried to set the clocks manually to the correct time but they'll naturally
revert back to the wrong time once rebooted.

here is the output from the net time command. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

C:\>TIME
The current time is: 19:16:43.54
Enter the new time:

C:\>NET TIME /DOMAIN /SET
Current time at \\atlas.cooperativa.com is 4/29/2005 7:16 PM

Local time (GMT-04:00) at \\atlas.cooperativa.com is 4/29/2005 6:16 PM

The current local clock is 4/29/2005 7:16 PM
Do you want to set the local computer's time to match the
time at \\atlas.cooperativa.com? (Y/N) [Y]: Y
The command completed successfully.

C:\>TIME
The current time is: 19:17:05.90 (NOTHING CHANGED)
Enter the new time:

Automatic daylight savings is off?
See tip 1402 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

Ye, I forgot to mention, daylight saving is off:

If that can shed a light, here is an output from w32tm. (None of my DC is
set up to synchronize with an external time source)

w32tm /monitor /domain:cooperativa
televoz.cooperativa.com *** PDC *** [192.168.10.21]:
ICMP: 0ms delay.
NTP: +0.0000000s offset from televoz.cooperativa.com
RefID: unspecified / unsynchronized [0.0.0.0]
atlas.cooperativa.com [192.168.10.22]:
ICMP: 0ms delay.
NTP: -0.0060144s offset from televoz.cooperativa.com
RefID: televoz.cooperativa.com [192.168.10.21]

If daylight savings is off on the server, then it must be off on the workstations and visa-versa.

It's off on all servers and workstations.
I also removed manually configured NTP servers from the workstations
(time.windows.com) and set it to one of our DC.
Still won't work.

Don't ask me how or why but this is how I fixed it :

1-Manually set the time to use daylight savings (which I really don't want)
2- net time /set /yes
3- Uncheck Daylight saving option
4- net time /set /yes

And Voila !!!
