All,
Is it possible to add a printer to an OU, and when a member of that OU logs
in, have that printer automatically installed ?

It's not really a case of adding a printer to an OU, what to do is create a
script that will automatically install the desired printer and then assign
it to the OU using Group Policy. This will ensure that every user who is in
that OU gets the printer installed. This kb shows you the syntax of
printui.dll which you can use to write the script.
