Good board for pentium d 930?

I am looking for a good board for the pentium d 930 that would provide stability as well as some headroom for overclocking. What if I were to pair this processor with an ASUS P5P800-VM Socket T mobo? Good idea or bad?

What are the rest of your specs? Are you using DDR ram? DDR2? And are you using an AGP video card? or PCI-E?
