Which memory kit for upcoming AMD rig?

Getting ready for the price cuts and im going to go with a AMD CPU, not sure what speed yet. Most likely will be dual core on AM2.

Memory list

Here is some memory I found at newegg. I know it also depends on the motherboard, but from what i've seen so far, these should fit nicely (correct me if I am wrong).

I'd prefer to pay less than $165. I am not going to OC the memory.

Most MB manufacturers have a QVL list. You might check the list for your MB on their website or contact the manufacturer first to be sure the memory will work with board. Crucial and Corsair have a 'memory finder' interface where you can put in your specific MB and they tell you what memory will 'definately' work. Especially with an AM2 build.
