speedfan temp3

At idle , the speedfan reports temp3 as 127C , while
temp2 48C and temp1 40C. What is temp3 actually ?

second, sometimes i got continous beep from the mobo speaker, though i do nothing. Is it related to temp3 ?

temp3 - is videocard or what?
core - is CPU ?
