I tried searching on the forum but I couldnt find the difference between a SATA 3.0GB and a SATA 150. Which one is faster/better?

Technically SATA 3.0GB is a faster drive interface. However, there is no real world performance difference. That figure is actually inflated as well. The real interface speed is 300MB/s, not 3GB/s

That's why they call it 3Gb (notice the small b, small b means bit so it's 3 gigabit). It comes out to roughly 375MB/sec.
