On a slightly more serious thought:

Case, 160 GB Hard Drive, Socket AM2 Motherboard, X1600XT 256Mb Video Card, 350W Power Supply, Socket AM2 3800+ Processor, and your XP SP2 Version of Windows. Should come out to 811 bucks w/ shipping.

This is if you are looking for a small form factor pc and not the ultrasmall form factor like the mac mini. In which case I would look at http://sys.us.shuttle.com/BuildXPC.aspx?id=1175 new from shuttle.

Hmm heres my new build. Is the aspire PSU realy that bad it should be replaced on opening the box?also whent 939 since theres a chance one day i might gut the mini and put it in a full tower for parents.Could deffenatley use some input on mini cases with power supplys and micro atx motherboards.Couldnt find much more other then what was offered on new egg with the exception of the overpriced shuttles. As long as all this crap listed here can fit and work porperly thats what im going for.

DVD - fine
Case - JUST USE WHATEVER YOU HAVE AND SAVE MONEY.
Power Supply - Antec 430 or 480W.
MB and CPU - your choice. I'd recommend the 805, though, with a Zalman cooler.
Hard Drive - WD 250 Gig SATA with 16 MB cache,
Memory - whatever. The game doesn't even stress the CPU. It's all video card.

Video card - That's a dreadful card. The smart money is on a NOS or used X850XT with GDDR3 memory on it.

XP Pro. Don't EVEN touch Home - it's nearly worthless and essentially cripple-ware right out of the box.
