I'm about to build my new system, and am hoping to sell my old system (minus a few things) to help pay off some of the price. But other than ebay, i have no idea where to sell the parts/system. I've always just passed my old system off to family, but this time the system is worth SOME money, at least i think.

This is what i want to sell as a barbone workstation:

Pentium 4 560J 3.6GHz (with origional packaging and heatsink/fan)

Zalman CNPS7700 All Copper 120mm CPU heatsink and Fan

ASUS P5AD2-E Premium (onboard 7.1 channel sound, 6+ SATA (w/ raid), 2 IDE, 8 USB, 2 Firewire, optical and coaxial digital sound, onboard wifi (with routing capability)) (with origional packaging)

2GB (2 x 1GB) Corsair XMS2 Gaming DDR2 675 SDRAM (with origional packaging)

ATi FireGL V7100 256MB GDDR3 PCIe x16 WORKSTATION Graphics accelerator (based on the Radeon X800xt!) (with origional packaging)

Creative Labs Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS 7.1 channel sound card (with origional packaging)

Enermax Noistaker ATX12V 2.0 500W Power Supply

Does anyone have an idea what i should be asking for this? I was thinking between $800-$1000? The video card alone was $1000 at purchase.

Unfortunately, I think you will have a somewhat tough time trying to sell your PC because of the ATi FireGL V7100 256MB GDDR3 PCIe x16. Since it is based off of the X800XT, as you stated, it should be good for gaming, but no gamer would pay the price for a FireGL.

Sadly, I think only people who are looking for a graphics workstation would consider your PC. You best bet may be to sell it piecemeal instead of as a complete PC.
