Im trying to add users to my active directory in windows 2003. I receive
strange errror stating that the password does not meet the minimum
requirements. i tried long, short, cobined passwords.. still same error.
Where do i fix that. Is there any global policy that makes ther rules of the
AD password .NEED HELP ASAP.

The default domain group policy is responsible for the password restrictions.
You can take a look at you password policy by doing the following:
1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers
2. Right-click on the domain, and choose "Properties"
3. Click on the group policy tab.
4. Click on the default domain policy and click edit.
5. Go to Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Account
Policies\Password Policy
