Replicate Delegation - ACLs from OU

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.active_directory (More info?)

I want to export ACLs from OU for import to another OU because I have much
delegations.
Do you know tools allowing to export/import ACLs from OU.

The only thing I have seen like this in a product called Active Roles from Quest.
