That system at peak load will not draw more than 350 watts from the wall, the PSU will not pull more than about 270 actual watts from your PSU if the PSU is rated at 75% efficiency... So a good quality 300 watt PSU would just barely get you by... any more for headroom is for the better meaning your PSU will operate cooler...

ok, if u feel like spending more more get the TP is better. if not the Smartpower is good and its modular
