Windows 7 Not Booting

So just to get this out there, i already know that it is caused by a hardware problem. The reason why is because this started happening after i replaced my case and psu.

And just to let everyone know, i dont have the repairs disks that came with my computer and i dont have a recovery image.

Have you tried booting in safe mode? if not use start up repair, if not ensure your hard drive is connected to a power a data supply properly make sure you hard drive is set to mater in the bios...

I did everything you said already. I get the same outcome in safe mode too.
