The operation failed because:

During the Directory Service ,The object
CN=MABIMADC1,CN=Servers,CN=MABIMA,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=colombo,
Dc=sgll could not be created on the server cmbdc2.colombo.sgll.
This is most likely due to either insufficient rights or transient network
behavior.
Please try agin; otherwise create the object manually.

Are you in Active Directory User on you Infrustructer Master DC or are
you trying to do from a different computer in your domain?

check your rights, and DNS settings.
