I had to RMA a Samsung monitor and one of the options is to have the replacement shipped to a nearby USP Store. When it arrives you take the bac monitor in and exchange it for the new one at no cost. Too bad all mfg don't do this, takes out of the pain out of sending something back under warranty.

I had a 20" flatscreen CRT that broke after 2+ years and they sent me a new one very quickly. It was an old model and they did an RMA no questions asked, even though it was out of warranty by about a year.

Looks like some of the tech companies are figuring out if they treat their customers well, they'll come back
