iPaq 5150 ... lately the menus for all the apps will be corrupt with '&' characters inserted or taking the place of characters in the menus.

I did a backup and full (hard) reset yesterday thinking maybe some memory area had a problem ... but the problem re-appeared.

Anyone else see this sort of thing?
