booting up

when booting my computer it comes up asking "what program do you want to use to open..qarcjfmk " and presents the list. Can someone please tell me which program I should select.I have win98se.

come up in safe mode....start-run-msconfig...then hit the startup tab..see if that qarcjfmk is listed..if it is..uncheck it..then hit apply..the hit ok...tell it yes when it asks to reboot..should fix ya up
