Will Chartered CPU overclock better?

As the title states, Will the AMD CPUS from chartered manuf. get better overclocks or worse??

Well the first batch will be 90nm so I doubt they will be any better than what AMD currently has.

So are the processes and equiptment the same? Which would bring up another point. Do you think that the 90nm from Nvidia would result in a faster chip if they were to make K8 cores?

Well it's only the die's that are being manufactured there. Testing and packaging will still be taking place in Dresden. I'm pretty sure it will vary in o/cing from batch to batch just like the chips straight from AMD. I'm more interested in the 65nm X2's that are going to be floating around right now and how they o/c and their heat output.
