Saving Changes to AD Sites & Services

Hello,

Do you need a reboot to enforce any config changes in AD Sites & Services?
Or is there a command line utility for this?

Once you make changes and click on the ok button it will modify the recods
on the dc you are currently attached to and replicate to the other dc's over
time.
