Akasa Evo33 vs Coolermaster Hyper 6

Hey everyone. I aquired both of these cooling solutions and am wondering which is better for a balance of cooling and quietness? I am cooling an AMD Opteron 144 by the way (which I am having trouble OCing but thats a different story not related to heat )

I vote for the Hyper 6. It should keep your Opty 144 cooler, but it might be a bit louder as well. TBH I would try both and see what you think. If you don't already have some, pick up some Arctic Silver 5

Cheers for the advice

I was trying to save myself the hassle of installing both but I guess that's the only conclusive way to test. I suspect the hyper 6 will win simply because it's a beast of a cooler but I currently have it set up with 2 fans which makes it a little loud. Also, I'm a little concerned about the weight 8O but it's been ok so far so I'll probably end up sticking with it.

I was concerned about it as well when I got mine, but there's nothing to worry about if you mount it properly.
