I get the crash mainly when the game is in cinema or loading sequence. Only once has it crashed in play and that is the only time the screen went black, ussually it just freezes on me. The demo did not do this. I've had some lock up issues with other games as well but not like this. The only part on my PC I'm not sure about is the PSU. It's a 520 watt Fortron. Are there maybe any known issues with this type of PSU dealing with heavy workloads.

I've got all my updates, no help.

you might have to do the unthinkable...reinstall, or even worst, call technical support. The number is on the all the install CD's. Good luck there.

This game is problematic. I'll try to uninstall again.

I have no problems whatsoever with it. It may be a hardware issue on your side or a combination of things. Any other games giving you headaches?

the patch worked for me, people who've had it crashing also ran it in windows 2000 comp mode and that worked for some, i dunno tho.
