I'M TRYING TO DELETE UNWANTED PROGRAMS

go to programs and features in control panel and uninstall them DONT delete them

It is 1 of the best tools to get rid of the garbage. After install you'll get 2 weeks trial but fully functioning, only limited to 3 uninstalls at the time.This prog will show you all installed apps, but don't delete everything you don't know. Let's say itunes comes with few apps and u can remove 1 and and it still functions but some apps need them and will stop functioning. But you can always reinstall app if you mess it up.
