thanks for the input. My PSU requirements are:

>Stable/Reliable
>Quiet
>Modular
>Good Price

If i were to go for an Antec, I'd probably pick a Antec NeoHE 500W Modular ATX2.0 PSU (same price as Tagan +/- couple of £s). From what I can see, Antec Vs Tagan, one of the main differences I notice is fan-size. The Antec has a smaller 80mm fan, and I'm worried this might be noiser than a larger 120mm fan. Does any1 have any experience with a Antec NeoHE 500W? Is it noisy?

Thanks for pointing out the Dell :p. I'm getting it at a nice price (original price was a typo, change the £359 to €369 {or £250}) , so I'm willing to live with the Dell badge. If i had the budget, I'd buy a Samsung, but alas, I cant get everything I want.

i have no personal experience, but I have been looking at the thermaltake toughpower 750 watt

its BEASTLY, but it 140 mm fan (quieter because of lower rpms) and its modular

they also have lower power models, but i dont know them off the to of my head. thermaltake has an excelent website, you can find it there
