you've always given me good advice
would the HIS x1900xt be the best card out of the companies?
i heard it's not as loud and runs cooler than the rest.
btw is this the adaptor i need for it?

my psu has a 4 pin i can use, but i heard some say that i couldn't use it because my psu has 2 12v rails.. my psu is an antec 500 watt smartpower 2.0
plus i was thinking of getting this to help cool it..

You should be fine having the Smartpower 2.0 500W. It's the ATX 2.0 standard to have 2 12v rails, so don't think you need a single 30 amp when you have 36 amp combined. Also, no that's not the right cable, but you don't need one anyway. While the HIS doesn't come with the PCI-e 6-pin power adaptor, your power supply does have the 6 pin 12v PCI-e cable, so you are fine. Look at the newegg pics and you can see the 6 pin (2x3) power plug and should be able to find a power supply lead with the matching connector.

And I would just stick to the HIS Ice Q cooler if I were you. it is quieter and offers better performance than the stock cooler. No need to add that additional fan IMO as the HIS is already pumping the hot air out the back.
