have a choice between:

Get the Asus. Anandtech said it is rock solid and is excellent for overclocking. But if you can wait, Nvidia and ATI should have boards out in August/Sept. Also, as supply is more readily available the Asus should drop in price.

I don't know anything about DFI to be honest so I can't comment on it.

That motherboard:

doesn't even use Crossfire Express 3200 ... it's running at x8 not x16.

Go ASUS P5W DH DELUXE, It supports conroe and quad core, and it overclocks to hell.

Out of the two, i'd go with the ASUS P5W DH DELUXE, hands down the better choice. IMO

ASUS P5W DH Deluxe - sucks if you want to use the fastest GPU 7950GX2

It doesn't support it.
I'd go with Intel Bad Axe

With the latest BIOS, and nVidia drivers it will support it,
I think the reason there isn't any "Official" support is that ASUS is lazy, and so is nVidia. i'm getting the 7950 and the Asus P5W DH Deluxe next week,

I don't think they are lazy. IMO it is something about NVIDIA (ALL NVIDIA chipsets based ASUS MBs do support 7950) or some instability.
Otherwise I don't see any reason why to add support but not add to list.
And support staff also states that 7950 doesn't work with this MB(no mention about BIOS future update from support people).

So, I wish you good lucka and ...
Could you please write about your experience next week?

:)

Asus has better overall performance,
DFI is better for overclockers
