Question about the ASUS M2N-SLI nForce 570 Motherboard

Is this motherboard a good deal? I'm planning to pick up an am2 x2 processor ones the prices drop (please don't make this into a discussion about conroe...).

Another question about that board, if it's good, what is some good RAM that would be compatible with it? I'm trying to keep the price under 200 USD. Would DDR2 800 be the best? I'm planning to do a bit of overclocking. Are any of the following memory good options?

G.Skill 2 GB - Timings: 4-4-4-12, CAS Latency: 4.

G.Skill 2 GB - Timings 5-5-5-15, CAS Latency: 5.

Corsair XMS2 2 GB - Timings: 4-4-4-12, CAS Latency: 4. (DDR2 675 - PC2 5400)

Corsair XMS2 2GB - Timings: 5-5-5-12, CAS Latency: 5.

Another question. Should I order now, or, should I wait and get the processor with it at the same time?
